Why only own one vacation property?

With 21-5 you become co-owner of 5 gorgeous vacation properties at 5 different unique well known locations

Why

21-5 Fulfill Dreams and Elevate Life

Why just own one ordinary vacation property when you, for the same investment, can co-own five individual unique vacation homes?

Imagine being property owner of five exclusive properties in five different geographies?

Dream of a paradise property with pool on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, a stylish home in Vail, Colorado, a beautiful getaway property on the Florida Gold Coast, a nearby family retreat in the Hamptons, New York, and a spacious mountain escape in Stowe, Vermont. Top notch vacation homes at your disposal, on average, twelve weeks every year.

21-5 can fulfill that dream. Everything is taken care of.  We purchase, renovate, furnish, maintain and manage your homes.

This is the essence of the 21-5 concept, and a reality for the approximately 450 families in our owner associations.

Each owner association has 21 families who co-own five beautiful vacation homes at five extraordinary locations in the US, the US Virgin Islands, Europe and Canada. Each of the five vacation properties are worth about four times more than the single investment per family.

It makes sense to share - especially sharing vacation homes which you will only use for a limited time every year.
